- 2002, the 30 year withstanding altitude record of helicotpers was broken by an AS350 reaching 12'954m amsl but never officially acknowledged.
- 2005 an AS350 landed on Mount Everest with an altitude of 8'848m amsl.
- In 2010, a Swiss pilot and rescue specialist managed to perform a mountain rescue with an AS350 at 7'000m amsl - another world record.
