Mutual exchange and relaxed get-together
At our two crew meetings in May, the private and commercial pilots, as well as the ground crew, had the chance for mutual exchange of experiences and learnings of the past few months. Further, we could welcome Balz Rieser - mountain guide and heliski expert - as a guest speaker. He had all attention during his impressing speech about "Code of conduct in mountaineous environment". Despite us being often in the alps, we are only used to be there with a working helicopter and not particularly experts in survival in harsh conditions and hence could learn a lot from Balz.
